Held at Siena’s medieval Municipality Building, the event introduced the MILAGRO project under the EU CERV program, highlighting its objectives, activities, and expected impact across partner locations. Representatives from local institutions, including the Municipality of Siena, discussed the current migrant situation, focusing on Pakistani asylum seekers, and shared ongoing support efforts.

Key participants included NACU, UBSM, SIS Intercultural Study Abroad, local universities, the Episcopal Church of Florence, the local mosque, and various volunteer organizations like Corte dei Miracoli, Caritas, and Misericordia di Siena. Migrant community members shared their experiences in Siena.

The event concluded with a light dinner at Oratorio Salesiano La Magione, fostering social exchange between local citizens and migrants and enhancing mutual understanding.
