Siena, February 7

On February 7, NACU hosted the sixth session of the Becoming Democratic and Digital Citizens series, featuring insightful discussions led by Lavinia Bracci and Murad Khan. The session explored alcohol and drug use in Italy, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, focusing on current regulations, social implications, and the influence of religious and cultural perspectives. By comparing these different contexts, participants gained a deeper understanding of the varied perceptions, restrictions, and practices related to these substances, fostering meaningful dialogue between cultures.
