On September 18 and 19, the third meeting of the MILAGRO Project Consortium was held at
the University College Utrecht. Representatives of all three project partners from the
Netherlands, Italy and Serbia participated in the Meeting, while some participants joined online.
The Meeting was held in the cordial atmosphere of the beautiful campus of Utrecht University,
and the agenda included all the WPs, i.e. the activities that await us in the upcoming period.
Alongside discussions on current project implementation challenges, guidelines were also
established for disseminating project results—both through professional conferences and via
social media and other media outlets. The sustainability of the project through its specific results
was also discussed. The upcoming deadlines for specific activities were outlined, and it was
agreed that their implementation would take place across all three participating countries.
All activities related to Local Assemblies (WP2) were discussed in detail, as well as the
completion of the implementation of WP3 and WP4. The successful implementation of the
Summer Camps (WP5) in all countries was noted, and then significant attention was paid to the
dissemination of the project results through WP6. Dates were set for national events, as well as
for the central international event in Brussels. Significant focus was also given to the ongoing
implementation of WP7, particularly regarding the content of the MILAGRO Observatory and
the development of the MILAGRO repository. The necessity of respecting deadlines was
emphasized each time, in addition to the necessity of properly recording participants since the
project budget depends on it. There was mutual satisfaction with the project’s progress to date,
along with the approval of all results by the Project Officer in Brussels. The meeting was very
productive and goal-oriented, and at the end there was some time left to tour beautiful Utrecht.
